1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from ad platforms like Meta and Google, analytics providers like Google Analytics, payment processors like Stripe, tools integrated into the R App, and referral partners.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide our services, process payments and billing, communicate about your account and services, send marketing communications (only if you've opted in), personalize your experience, improve our services, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Service Providers

We share information with providers who help us run our business, including GoHighLevel (the R App), Stripe, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, email and SMS providers, white-label SEO and ad partners, and cloud hosting providers. They may only use your information to provide the service we've contracted them for.

3.2 With Your Direction

If your services include posting to your social media, advertising on your behalf, or messaging your customers, we share relevant information with those platforms or recipients to execute your services.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Robinsburg, our clients, or others.

3.4 In Business Transactions

If we are acquired or merge, your information may transfer as part of that transaction; any new owner remains bound by this policy until you're given a chance to opt out.

3.5 Aggregated or Anonymized Information

We may share aggregated or anonymized information (which doesn't identify you) for any purpose.

4. Marketing Communications

If you give us your email or phone number, we may send marketing communications, but only if you've opted in or have an active business relationship with us. You can opt out any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, replying STOP to any text, or emailing bryce@robinsburg.com. Opting out won't stop transactional messages related to your account or services.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, understand how you use our site, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage personalized advertising in your Google and Meta ad settings. Some parts of our site may not work properly if you disable cookies.
